Rosemary Roasted Pistachios

Rosemary Roasted Pistachios

Yield:  8 servings

Ingredients

4 cups pistachios in shell

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon rosemary

¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Place a single layer of pistachios in a baking pan and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.

3. Drizzle olive oil on top and place on top rack of oven.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
