Pistachio & Honey Lassi

Yields approx. 4 cups
Ingredients
2 cups of Greek yogurt
½ cup ricotta
2 cups ice
¾ cup ground pistachios, some for garnishing
1 tablespoon honey
few drops orange water (optional)
Instructions
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and add ice. Process until smooth. Add more ice as needed. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with pistachios, and serve.
