Pistachio Protein Bars



1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 scoop oats

1 tbsp of milk of choice (slightly more if too dry)

1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

4 squares of dark chocolate


Mix together peanut butter & honey.

Add protein powder and mix.

Mix in oats and milk.

The dough should be stiff and not too wet.

Press dough into pan or tin that's been lightly oiled.

Scatter pistachios on top and press into the dough.

Melt chocolate for the topping in 30 second increments in the microwave or over low heat on the stove.

Drizzle the chocolate over the top.

Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate has set.
