PISTACHIO - SHERRY CHEESE BALL

Yield: one 4-inch ball

Ingredients

3 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 ounces (1 package) Cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Dry sherry

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Bottles hot pepper sauce

½ cup Coarsely chopped, natural American pistachios

Instructions

Combine cheeses, sherry, mustard and hot pepper sauce in mixer bowl; beat until thoroughly combined.  Chill about ½ hour until firm enough to handle.  Form into ball; roll in pistachios.  Serve with crackers or vegetables.
