PISTACHIO PESTO CHEESE

Yield: 8 appetizer servings

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
½ cup Thawed frozen pesto sauce
½ cup Chopped natural American pistachios
Fresh basil springs or parsley
Diced radish, red bell pepper or tomato
French bread baguettes, sliced

Instructions

Beat cheese with pesto sauce and ¼ cup pistachios.  Spoon into scooped plate and spread out onto flat layer.  Sprinkle remaining pistachios in ring on top.  Garnish with basil and radish.  Serve with sliced French bread.
