EASY PISTACHIO CLUSTERS
Yield: about 2 dozen candies
Ingredients
1 package Milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Shortening
1 cup Shelled natural American pistachios
Instructions
Combine chocolate chips and shortening in top of double boiler. Heat over simmering water until chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in pistachios. Keeping pan over hot water, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill until set.
