Alexander Pils has worked in different bars around the world for more than ten years – including working as bar chef at the luxury steamer MS Europa 2 and at legendary Hotel Atlantic Kempinsky in Hamburg. During his time abroad, he learned a lot about other cultures as well as exotic food.
