Ingredients

Green Smoothie

1 avocado

1 handful roasted and salted pistachios, shelled

40g baby spinach

4 dates pitted

300 ml cold water

 

Pink Smoothie

1 banana

1 handful roasted and salted pistachios shelled

200 ml cold water

15g rolled oates

100g raspberries frozen or fresh

 

Yellow Smoothie

25g ginger

175g frozen mango

225 ml freshly pressed orange juice with pulp

30g roasted and salted pistachios, shelled

175 ml cold water

Instructions

For the green smoothie, half the avocado and remove pit. Peel and add to blender. Add all the other ingredients and mix until smooth.

For the pink smoothie, peel banana and add with all the other ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.

For the yellow smoothie, cut ginger into pieces and add with all the other ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
